On-Line backups – WestSide Computing recommends Data Preserve which is a secure, inexpensive and on-line data backup firm.We can set this up for you quickly and train you how to use it. Data Preserve to work with them. Agent code 50040. CD burned backups, with cds stored at off-site location each night. External hard drive backups, with the external hard drive taken off-site each night. Please check the backups daily to make sure they were successful and do test restores of files to verify the data’s integrity. Please take backups off-site. Jump drive backups, with jump drives taken off-site each night. Tape drive backups, please do test restores and take the tapes off-site daily.
